Due to the custom nature of laser-cut and engraved products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless:

- An error occurred during manufacturing that is our responsibility.
Claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any logos, artwork, or designs submitted for production. C68 Laser is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-provided files.
